(1a) Data handling is the way of collecting facts and can be treated in order to achieve a positive goal.it is the process by which information collected for a given purpose such as research or planning needs to be stored, used and done away with after it is no longer needed.
Data handling ensures the integrity of research data as it addresses concerns relating to confidentiality,security and preservation/retention of research data.for data integrity is of primary concern to ensure that records are not altered,erased,lost or accessed by unauthorised users.

(1b)
(i) Electronic Data handling: this is the process of using computers and other electronic device.

(ii) Non Electronic data handling: this is d process of using paper, files, journal and other non-electronic device.

(i) The handling and storage of data are electrically handled

Step2: Click on ‘New’ in the list of option

(ii) Giving name to the folder:
Step 1: Right click on the folder
Step 2: Click on rename option
Step 3: Type a new name

(iii) Sending a file from my document:
Step1: Open ‘my document’
Step2: Right click on the file and click copy
Step3: Open the new folder and paste

(iv) Changing the name of the folder in (6aii) to RESULTS
Step 1: Right click on the folder
Step 2: Click on rename option
Step 3: Type the new name RESULTS
